The home watch service is a fee paid for our team to do a monthly inspection of properties that are dormant for extended periods of time. We shut everything down once turnover is complete, putting the property in a dormant state, and send a team member by monthly to double-check that everything is in accordance. Any findings or issues are reported immediately, with resolutions made to handle them accordingly.
