Meet Mike & Daise

Mike and Daise started Good Look with a simple goal: give Central Florida vacation rental owners a turnover team they could genuinely trust with their homes, their guests, and their keys. Their attention to detail earned more than repeat business—it led owners throughout Davenport and Kissimmee to ask if Good Look could take care of the rest of the property, too.

What began with vacation rental cleaning naturally grew into complete property care and management. Today, Good Look coordinates bookings, guest communication, maintenance, vendors, routine property checks, lawns, pools, and the many details required to keep a vacation home running smoothly. Because the team still handles its own turnover cleaning, owners have one dependable point of contact instead of juggling several disconnected companies.

With Mike now licensed in real estate, Good Look is becoming an all-in-one resource for vacation property owners—from preparing and managing the home to helping them consider what comes next. The company has grown almost entirely through referrals from owners who feel confident leaving their properties in Mike and Daise’s hands. That trust remains at the heart of everything they do.
